Reliance Building Services has been trading in ACT and NSW since 1984, starting out as a partnership of two carpenters and has steadily grown into a thriving building company. During this time we have always strived to provide a quality finished product for the best possible value.
We are wholly committed to customer service on all levels and endeavour to ensure you are totally satisfied with the finished job, no matter what it entails.
Reliance Building Services can carry out all types of work from a small renovation right through to a complete new home. We have our own in house joinery division which ensures unnecessary delays are eliminated in the procurement of your new kitchen or other joinery item.
Designed Homes and Additions
We are licensed Builders in NSW and ACT who can help with the design and then construction of your home. Our aim is to bring to fruition your ideas and ideals. When constructing an addition, we assist you in finding the best materials and finishes to blend with and compliment your home, making the finished product a thing of value and appeal
Kitchen & Joinery Division
All of our joinery is completed in house which equates to very little delay in these types of renovations. This also allows you to discuss your requirements with the company who is actually doing the work, not just the design.
Insurance
We are preferred repairers for a number of trusted insurance companies. Our commitment to completing insurance repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible keeps us at the top of these companies’ lists.
Our Capabilities
We can help with the design and then construction of your home and aim to bring to fruition your ideas and ideals. We understand that as a project develops so too do your ideas, and flexibility during this time is vital as you cannot always appreciate a design on paper. We work with you on your developing ideas and help to enable alteration of any aspect of the construction at any point.
